HR Process Automation Engineer Barrick is looking for an HR Process Automation Engineer to join to our Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for The HR Process Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving automated solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and employee experience of Human Resources operations. The position serves as a technical and functional partner to HR teams, identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions, integrating systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making while strengthening process controls and operational excellence.
