The Provisioning Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely ordering, tracking, and completion of network service implementations across global environments. This role focuses on provisioning Cross‑Connect, Voice, and Data services while supporting broader infrastructure deployments such as Dark Fiber, Leased Waves, Space & Power, and corporate network builds. The analyst ensures orders progress smoothly through their full lifecycle—from initiation to completion—while maintaining high documentation quality, strict accuracy, and strong coordination with carriers, internal teams, and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Service Ordering & Provisioning Place and manage orders for Cross‑Connect, Voice, and Data services with global carriers and vendors Support additional work types (e.g., Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Space and Power, corporate infrastructure) by ensuring all documentation and updates are consistently maintained Order Tracking & Implementation Management Track carrier progress for installs, disconnects, adds, changes, and long‑lead network services Validate milestone accuracy, identify incorrect or delayed updates, and perform remediation to maintain data integrity
