⠀ Description CAE is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of one or more Defence & Security programs. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring contractual commitments, schedule requirements, operational objectives, and financial targets are achieved. Responsibilities include: Independently manage one or multiple projects from initiation through closeout. Manage financial and operational resources to fulfill contractual obligations while maintaining project profitability. Develop and execute project management plans for complex projects. Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of cross-functional matrix teams. Support proposal development activities related to project management, cost, schedule, and execution planning. Direct one or more Defence & Security programs involving resource planning, scheduling, subcontract management, and project execution activities. Apply organizational project management policies, processes, procedures, and best practices. Share project management knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
