This also includes ensuring the long-term viability of the Michigan City plant by championing the commercialization of new products and technologies through project management. What you’ll be doing Lead and mentor direct reports, including the development of personnel for future assignments and optimum performance in current assignments plus identify training and development needs of direct reports. Assure department supports the execution of the plant's capital plan, using the Shell Project Management system.
