The role will work closely with Sr. Leaders and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on the development and delivery of this programing. It will also partner closely with HRBPs to ensure matches of leaders to development opportunities across the organization (e.g., speaking opportunities, mentorships, memberships, board opportunities, etc. The ideal candidate will have recent experience using AI to accelerate learning design and delivery. Identifies business needs and delivers effective learning and performance-focused programs for the Technology & Operations portfolio to support the business/group strategy.
