Role Summary Program Managers are internal operational leads for enterprise clients. They know how to deliver the full range of deal types smoothly, whether a deal is a private instructor-led delivery, a multi-week upskilling or reskilling program, on-demand learning, an accelerator, or a blend of several different services. They bring expertise in how each offering is designed, staffed, run, and maintained, and they put that expertise to work with clients, from kickoffs through regular program syncs. They act as a central operational point of contact for complex client programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams a
