Partners with team members and stakeholders to support the successful execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of key programs and initiatives. Key Accountabilities Reporting & Analytics (40%) Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations to support workforce and talent decisions. Gather, validate, analyze, and format data for regular and ad hoc reporting. Support measurement and reporting of skills-based talent, career development, learning, and workforce transformation initiatives. Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Apply data governance standards and quality controls to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability of workforce and skills-related data.
