We are hiring a Program and Events Producer to join our Sales Enablement team supporting Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions sales teams across Canada. In this role, you will independently lead small projects and work streams for advisor-facing webinars, education programs, virtual events, advisor onboarding, and national initiatives. You will translate business requirements into delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional contributors, manage risks and dependencies, and use engagement data and operational insights to improve program execution and stakeholder experience. You will shape and deliver high-quality advisor experiences at scale while strengthening the processes, insights, and operating practices that enable national sales programs to run effectively.
