Texas, United States of America Job Family Group: Petroleum Engineering Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: October 20, 2026 Business Unit: Upstream Experience Level: Experienced Professionals Job Description: What’s the role The Production Technologist would be part of a WRFM Factory Interventions team, consisting of ~7 other subsurface staff, and work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver all well interventions in the Gulf of America (GoA). The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills as the successful candidate will be supporting interventions from multiple assets at the same time with various key stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Work in integrated multidisciplinary teams to deliver ~60 safe and effective well interventions per year Expected to be able to own and manage multiple interventions simultaneously from opportunity frame through execution and after-action review Expected to quickly become familiar with the Well Interventions process including the associated Shell safety standards Must quickly understand current ways of working for GoA interventions and be able to deliver using current standard and best practices Will be intervention as
