This role provides operational leadership, workforce development, and coordination across Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Quality, and Technical teams to achieve site objectives. What you’ll be doing As a Production Team Leader, you will: Supervise and develop hourly employees through coaching, performance management, communication, and workforce planning Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement and address employee relations matters Issue Safe Work Permits, Lock Out Tag Out permits, Hot Work permits, and Confined Space Entry permits Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, company policies, and regulatory expectations Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and instrumentation issues and coordinate corrective actions Lead Shift Team perfo
