Reporting directly to the Line of Technology Operations (LTO) leadership team, this role is accountable for modernizing production operations through automation, predictive monitoring, self-healing capabilities, Agentic AI, and end-to-end operational governance. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to improve service reliability, reduce operational toil, accelerate incident prevention, and establish a highly automated, scalable, and resilient production support model. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Lead support for critical applications and infrastructure. Ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLA`s). Proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution, root cause analysis And continuous service improvement to maintain high availability, stability and operational resilience
