As a Line Lead you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the production lines and line attendants to ensure that time and safety standards are being met. A qualified individual will be able to effectively lead and direct employees, ensure employee safety, follow all industry rules and regulations, and work to maintain a high standard of work ethics. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S. Oversees the day-to-day manufacturing activities within your department. Supervise production lines to ensure that all orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
