This role helps enable the performance and continued evolution of BMO’s Savings portfolio by strengthening product capabilities, pricing and policy execution, operational effectiveness, controls, reporting, and frontline support. The role contributes to customer experience, portfolio performance, and sustainable P&L outcomes by helping the business execute effectively and making better-informed decisions. This includes identifying operational pain points and root causes, improving processes and controls, and using data, automation, and technology to reduce manual effort, strengthen service levels, and address recurring customer and frontline issues. Success requires strong analytical and technical skills, sound product judgment, and a hands-on approach to execution.
