Product Implementation Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of new products, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Development, Pricing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into effective operational and system solutions, delivered on time and with high quality. You will play a key role in requirement analysis, product documentation, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), launch readiness, and post-implementation support. The role provides broad exposure across product development and delivery processes, offering opportunities to build deep expertise in life insurance products, business processes, and technology-enabled solutions.
