Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Packaged Solutions team is the primary source of product development, management, and support for investment products sold throughout RBC US Wealth Management, including mutual funds, ETFs, CEFs, and 529 plans. In this role, you will conduct research, analysis, and due diligence on investment management firms offering these products, directly influencing the quality of investment advice available to RBC advisors. You will evaluate products for inclusion or removal from RBC platforms and communicate your recommendations across internal and external stakeholder groups, playing a critical role in ensuring platform competitiveness while managing regulatory and operational risk. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Conduct initial and ongoing qualitative and quantitative analysis on investment products, including firm structure, portfolio management, investment approach, and performance. Gather and analyze research data from multiple sources to identify competitive landscape trends and ensure product offerings align with market and client needs.
