Key Responsibilities Perform risk assessments on data usage and data products, including regulatory, industry, contractual, strategic and other considerations, and provide practical legal risk analyses, operational and contractual risk mitigation strategies, to enable responsible and sustainable data usage and data products, for use with internal or client facing technologies or services. Work with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate data risks in assets, platforms and offerings / solutions. Support development and launch of products that make productive use of data. Develop clear communication messages, guidance, templates and trainings regarding the data use rights, data products, and data related terms in inbound and outbound agreements, for go to market teams, development teams and the rest of the Legal organization. Lead and mentor junior Data Strategy legal team members in growing their skills, relationships and careers.
