Summary: The Analyst will support the Private Markets team focused on delivering products and solutions to the Advisors and Clients across Global Private Wealth firms & platforms (broker-dealers, private banks, wirehouses, independent advisors). This is a fast growing segment that is increasingly looking for unique and differentiated products, solutions and structures across various Private Markets strategies and asset classes. The Analyst will be required to support all aspects of product and business development, sales and advisor/investor support, business and process management, and special research projects as Manulife Investment Management (MIM) grows this critical distribution channel. What you will learn: An understanding of the various private asset classes and how they are sold; how products are developed to meet the needs of retail, mass affluent and high-net-worth investors An understanding of the Private Wealth management channel and the way retail/HNW investors allocate to Private Markets. Additionally, how products and solutions are diligenced and onboarded, marketed and supported, by Wealth Management firms, advisors, and individual investors. Strategy development –
