The Pricing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day contract pricing operations across multiple business units. This role focuses on processing contract updates, fee changes, and discounts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring service-level agreements are consistently met. Position Responsibilities: Process contract changes and updates across Pricing Central, New Business, US Inforce, and Canada Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) business units Handle day-to-day fee changes in Apollo and update corresponding revenue and discounts in Salesforce Prepare repricing letters for active contracts across Signature, Marketing and Enterprise, Inforce, and Canada GRS proposals Ensure accuracy of fee calculations using established pricing tools and models Collaborate with business partners including Account Executives, Client Account Representatives (CAR), Sales Support, Advisor Support, Plan Implemen
