We're looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our MBPS Procurement COE Team . You will be responsible for driving and supporting global sourcing and contracting events in the low impact stream of Manulife’s indirect spend categories. In this specialist role, you are vital in maintaining the relationship between Manulife and its third-party vendors during the course of the end-to-end procurement process, as well in supporting the Category Managers in-line with the “Buy Better” strategy of the Procurement organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related disciplines Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, preferably in the shared services industry Strong communication skills and task management skills Adequate experience in the execution of sourcing, negotiation and contracting process Familiarity with e-Sourcing tools and strategies to maximize savings Familiarity with North American contracts including main clauses required for specific types of agreement, Statement of Work, Project Requirements, and Exhibits Comfortable working with legal and risk subject matter experts K
