About the Role We are seeking experienced procurement and sourcing professionals to join our Procurement Practice team. This role is responsible for leading sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, driving negotiations, and delivering business value for clients through strategic procurement solutions. Candidates may be considered at either the Specialist or Associate Manager level based on experience, procurement expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder management experience Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across multiple spend categories. Develop category strategies, sourcing roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines aligned with client objectives. Conduct supplier market research, financial analysis, commercial assessments, and benchmarking activities. Manage RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
