Customer service representative to provide support for Payments Team LATAM Search for Proof of Payments in Banks System and provide the documentation to suppliers and internal clients. Responsible for documenting payments and ensuring customer service related to payments in different geographies within Latin America Provide support recording and processing payments for bills, taxes and other transactions, having into account Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance. Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist to resolve issues/problems (standard and non-standard).
