In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the performance of their team and safe and compliant operation of their unit. The PSS is responsible to ensure the daily compliance of all Process Safety, Occupational Safety, product quality and optimization requirements of their unit. Interested in working in Lima? What you’ll do: Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Lead shift team by providing daily assignments, coaching, and mentoring to operators Utilize production plan to drive shift team to achieve daily operational targets Coordinate safe, reliable, and compliant operation of equipment Ensure equipment is safely prepared for maintenance execution Troubleshoot efforts related to abnormal operation of equipment Conduct routine audits to verify shift team compliance with key site policies, procedures, and protocols Who you are: Legally authorized to work in the US High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
