This role partners with operations, leadership, and technical experts to improve process safety performance, strengthen risk management programs, and support safe, reliable operations. What you’ll do: Lead process safety risk assessments and risk management activities to identify, evaluate, and reduce operational risk across the refinery. Ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) requirements while driving adoption of industry best practices. Facilitate key process safety reviews, including MOCs, HAZOPs, LOPAs, PSSRs, and risk assessments for plant changes and startups.
