Make a real impact We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on: Data protection and privacy matters Intellectual property rights Technology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including: GDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.) DORA (ICT services agreements) DSA and AI Act . Preparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matter
