⠀ The Principal Product Manager is accountable for the success of the In-Flight solutions within the Flightscape portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and owning the overall Product Vision and Product Strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and priorities across multiple development teams operating within SAFe Agile Release Trains. The Principal Product Manager provides leadership across the product community, including Product Owners, Product Managers, Train Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, UX teams, Engineering teams, and Architects, to drive a shared vision and achieve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the overall Flightscape portfolio strategy through collaboration with product, portfolio, technology, and platform teams. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing product team by partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product Owners, UX, and Technology stakeholders.
