This role has end-to-end accountability for assigned segments of the Civil Aviation Training portfolio. The position oversees program strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of high-quality courseware that meets applicable regulatory standards and evolving customer needs. In addition to managing resources, vendors, and timelines, this role actively contributes to the courseware production process to support technical accuracy and instructional quality. Key responsibilities include: Manage assigned training programs end-to-end, including portfolio roadmap execution, lifecycle management, backlog management, and alignment with business objectives.
