Job Description & Summary We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical People Survey & People Analytics Specialist to join our Human Capital / People Analytics team. This is a hands-on specialist role with a strong focus on employee surveys, people analytics, reporting and data enablement. You will support recurring survey processes, maintain and further develop analytics outputs, contribute ideas to the People Analytics agenda and help increase the impact of working with data across the HR function and beyond. Key responsibilities Support the end-to-end delivery of employee surveys, including setup, respondent lists, demographic mapping, testing, launch, monitoring, reporting, data quality checks, dashboard access management and support in preparing management board-ready presentations. Maintain, update and further develop recurring people analytics outputs, Power BI dashboards, dataflows, reporting files and data workflows, using Alteryx, Excel and Power BI as core tools; identify opportunities to simplify, automate or improve existing workflows and reporting processes.
