How you will make contributions that matter... Supports the payroll team for all activities involved in the US payroll cycle. Responsible for gathering and reconciling timekeeping data, processing employee payroll changes in Workday, review, and audit periodic payroll reports for their designated US payroll groups. Performs audits of timekeeping data to ensure adherence to Saputo pay rules and other specific federal and state compliance requirements in the US. Responsible to address the non-compliant issues and works with the Payroll Manager and plant HR to resolve. Responsible in ensuring compliance with US Federal, State and local laws when processing payroll. Responsible for processing ad hoc files from 3rd party vendors, such as garnishments and relocation payments. Responsible for auditing union dues and issuing payment for their designated pay groups.
