Responsibilities: Conduct detailed reviews of escalated customer accounts to identify and mitigate payments fraud risks, including chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers. Analyze fraud trends and patterns in payment activities, providing actionable insights to Payments Risk management. Collaborate with the Payments Risk investigations team to provide feedback on rule performance and risk logic.
