Position Responsibilities All duties consistent with following our established SOP's to ensure the proper operation of the process equipment to include the pasteurization equipment, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fittings and components. Follow all established Product Processing guidelines to ensure product meets our internal Saputo, State and Federal Pasteurized Milk Ordinance requirements. Effective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure product is processed and supplied in accordance with our production run schedule, product end of run, and product change-overs. Follow all Chart Recording guidelines, ensure accuracy and completion of all required documentation, charts and records. Proficiency with computer based software and automated control systems. Support internal and external compliance audits. Must obtain state pasteurization license. Process
