Packaging Team Members are responsible for the efficient operation of the packaging equipment. As a member of the Packaging Team, associates will be expected to solve problems, address production difficulties, and perform daily tasks. Team members are expected to achieve production goals by working collaboratively as a team and will be expected to involve other support teams in production issues as appropriate. Operation of packaging equipment, including, but not limited to, labeler, tape machine, printer, bulk sealer, rapid pack, box maker, metal detector, brine racks, and computers. Operation of conveyor belts and delivery of product to the RPs Operation of Metal Detectors and documentation Loading and changing rolls Understand make sheets and run multiple customers simultaneously while minimizing waste Accurately completes required paperwork on a daily basis.
