JOB DESCRIPTION The Tail Off Operator Relief is responsible for set up and maintenance of brine packaging equipment; maintenance and efficiency of packaging cheese. Always adheres to all USDA, GMP, and safety regulations. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Will report issues/concerns to Supervisor on duty pertaining to personnel, GMP, quality and safety Setup all equipment and supplies- this includes but not limited to Rapid Paks, metal detector, Dominoes, scales, tape machine, glue machines, scale fusions, case erectors and robotic lines Responsible for generating and documentation of computer pallet tickets and quality checks including CPQ’s Will check and verify all codes, labels, and packaging Will verify that correct cheese and vats are being packed within specifications Responsible for reading computer print outs and following a designated scheduled Will ensure commu
