Focus on customer satisfaction and brand integrity by adhering to and promoting company policies and procedures, including: Employee Health & Safety Food safety Product Quality Productivity Assist in the set-up of the packaging process, to include: machinery, date code printers, computers, product labels, proper vat selection, added ingredients, etc. Maintain the work area, including general housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Efficiently package cheese into desired packaging material. Identify and communicate any out-of-spec product conditions; follow the established notification protocol.
