As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technical standards and business requirements across teams.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for packaged and software as a service solutions.
- Experience in managing integrations and configurations within complex technology environments.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Proficient in overseeing release management processes to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
