Job Description: We help P&C carriers reinvent Underwriting and Claims through process redesign, operating model transformation, data-driven decisioning, and AI-enabled ways of working. As a Transformation Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to reimagine how work gets done, combining deep insurance expertise with advanced analytics and agentic AI and technology solutions to improve client outcomes.
