Role Overview Lead Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Cybersecurity consulting engagements, helping clients protect critical industrial environments while maintaining safety, availability and operational resilience . The role combines deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise with consulting leadership, client advisory, delivery management and business development. The OT Cybersecurity Manager will lead programs spanning OT security strategy, architecture, risk assessment, IT/OT convergence and security implementation across complex industrial and critical infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end OT/ICS cybersecurity consulting engagements , from assessment and strategy through architecture, remediation and implementation. Assess and secure industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, engineering workstations, historians, industrial networks and connected IIoT assets . Lead OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk assessments, gap assessments and site-level security reviews . Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, transformation roadmaps, governance models and multi-year remediation programs. Design secure OT network architectures , inclu
