The opportunity The Canadian Operations Planning West team is seeking an EIT or Operations Planning Engineer who will be responsible for operational support and hydraulic capacity analysis for TC Energy’s NGTL and Foothills gas pipeline systems. This role will provide the opportunity to expand knowledge of the Canadian regulated pipeline business and the natural gas industry. What you’ll do As part of a team, plan and support the operation of TC Energy’s NGTL and Foothills gas pipeline systems Plan and coordinate scheduling of maintenance activities with internal departments as well as interconnecting pipelines and various shippers Prepare and review outage procedures for pipeline maintenance Perform various analytical/technical assignments requiring a general familiarity within a broad field of engineering/technology Conduct independent studies
