Must have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Ensures reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise endpoint management services across physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Partners with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to reduce operational risk, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the end-user experience across cloud-first endpoint environments. Roles & Responsibilities: -High availability monitoring proactive health checks & incident support -Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot & co-management -Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards -PowerShell, Graph API, proactive remediations — eliminate toil ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & DR/BC support -Cross-team engagement incident comms, mentoring & post-incident review
