Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. SD-WAN (WAN Domain) Design, deploy, and manage SD-WAN solutions across branch and data center environments Configure application-aware routing, traffic steering, and failover policies Monitor WAN edge health, tunnels, and application performance using telemetry and analytics Troubleshoot WAN issues (latency, packet loss, brownouts, ISP issues) and ensure service continuity Support integration with SASE platforms (Prisma, Zscaler, Secure Edge) 2.
