Summary:
As an Operations Architect, your day involves designing and defining the operational framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance targets. You will focus on creating a robust architecture that supports seamless business operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Your role includes continuous evaluation and refinement of operational processes to meet evolving business needs, collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with strategic goals, and overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions that enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that improve system performance and reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of architectural plans.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and firewall management.
- Experience in configuring and managing firewall policies and rules to safeguard organizational assets.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network security issues effectively.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Skilled in monitoring firewall performance and implementing necessary optimizations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
