Job Description: JIRA Analyst – Regulatory Reporting Group Job Description: 12-month fixed-term contract Customer Act as the primary bridge between the Regulatory Reporting Group (RRG) and Technology for the management and progression of JIRA items. Host bi-weekly stakeholder calls to review JIRA progress, resolve blockers and confirm readiness for upcoming monthly release cycles. Coordinate with RRG, Technology and Compliance to maintain clear ownership, actions and delivery dates for priority JIRA items. Shareholder Confirm the monthly priority JIRA population with Compliance, ensuring agreed priorities are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
