We are looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream V16 or higher and OpenText Communication Builder , with a strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and enterprise system integrations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream V16+ . Develop communication solutions using OpenText Communication Builder . Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable CCM solutions . Configure and customize templates, documents, and communication workflows based on business requirements. Support the integration of OpenText solutions with front-end applications and other enterprise systems . Troubleshoot application, template, and integration-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
