Position Responsibilities: - Support the planning, implementation, and post-launch monitoring of sales campaigns and customer proposition initiatives. - Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to identify market trends, business opportunities, and areas for proposition enhancement. - Perform data analysis and prepare regular campaign performance tracking, business insights, and recommendations to support decision-making. - Leverage data visualization, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, campaign monitoring, and operational effectiveness. - Prepare and review campaign-related materials, sales support materials, operational guidelines, communication decks, and briefing documents. - Review user requirement and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment for sales campaigns. - Respond to enquiries from distribution channels and internal stakeholders regarding campaign mechanics, operational processes, and proposition-related matters. - May participate in the development and enhancement of insurance products and propositions as required. - Assist in ad hoc projects and other business init
