Procurement & Contracts Officer Position Description Kibali Gold Mine is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Procurement & Contracts Officer to support the ARK Project mine expansion feasibility study. This role will provide procurement, contracting and commercial support across feasibility study work packages, ensuring that sourcing, tendering, contract administration, supplier engagement and cost control activities are delivered in line with project requirements, company standards and applicable regulatory obligations. Duties & Responsibilities Support the development and execution of procurement plans for feasibility study work packages, including services, equipment, materials, consultants and contractor requirements. Coordinate sourcing, RFQ/RFP and tender processes, ensuring clear scopes of work, compliant documentation, effective bidder communication and timely close-out of procurement activities. Conduct commercial evaluations, bid clarifications and recommendation reports in collaboration with project, technical and commercial stakeholders.
