Grievance Management & Stakeholder Engagement Officer Position Description Kibali Gold Mine is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Grievance Management & Stakeholder Engagement Officer to support the ARK Project mine expansion feasibility study. The Grievance Management & Stakeholder Engagement Officer will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and managing grievance mechanisms for community concerns related to ARK Project activities. The role will facilitate stakeholder engagement, support responsive communication with project-affected communities, address complaints in a timely and culturally appropriate manner, and contribute to effective grievance resolution throughout the feasibility study and associated resettlement process.
