The role integrates scope, schedule, materials, resources, and execution readiness into a single, integrated plan aligned with Shell Chemicals standards, process and practice requirements. The role supports execution by ensuring plans are complete, logic-driven, properly resourced, and execution-ready prior to field work, while driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and schedule optimization.
