The Non-Routine (NRM)/Maintenance (MTC) Planner is accountable for delivering high-quality work execution planning for Non-Routine/Maintenance work process to ensure safe, predictable, and cost-effective execution. The role integrates scope, schedule, materials, resources, and execution readiness into a single, integrated plan aligned with Shell Chemicals standards, process and practice requirements. The role supports execution by ensuring plans are complete, logic-driven, properly resourced, and execution-ready prior to field work, while driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and schedule optimization. The Non-Routine/Maintenance Planner operates within the Shell Chemicals Core planning organization and reports to the Planning and Scheduling Lead.
