Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Regional Training & Competency Assurance Specialist to join our NGM Safety, Health, and Training team. The successful candidate will engage with several key internal and external stakeholders to initiate and support safe and responsible mining operations. The Regional Training & Competency Assurance Specialist provides independent assurance of training quality, regulatory compliance, and workforce competency across Nevada Gold Mines. The position partners with site leadership to verify training effectiveness, evaluate workforce competency, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote consistent implementation of regional training standards and governance.
