Position Summary: Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a passionate and organized Employee Engagement Specialist. This role supports the development, coordination, and execution of company-wide engagement initiatives and plays a key part in fostering a positive, inclusive culture by creating meaningful connections and delivering programs, initiatives and communications that enhance the employee experience across our operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate company-wide employee engagement activities and campaigns such as the Annual Employee Photo Contest, Company Picnics, Golf Tournaments, National Safety Month, Holiday Movie Party, Holiday Greeting Cards, Newsletter Reader Contests, Cancer Awareness Campaigns, Mental Health Awareness campaigns, etc. Manage the company’s DNA Awards Program Manage the company’s Service Awards Program Manage the Excellence in Action Employee Recognition program Manage the NGM Company Store Manage event logistics including venue booking, scheduling, vendor coordination, and onsite support for successful execution.
