Position Description: Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will support hiring managers across the business by providing recruitment expertise, driving effective hiring strategies, and delivering a seamless recruitment process to attract and hire world class people for Nevada Gold Mines. Responsibilities: Responsible to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support the workforce needs through multiple activities and by implementing talent strategies. Execute sourcing activities (including attending career fairs, college events, interview scheduling, etc.), managing the candidate experience. Perform screening of applicants, assessment of their skill level/fit for roles and route appropriately. Responsible to build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and referrals. Utilize relevant technologies in digital, social media and job boards to source and recruit new and existing candidates.
